About Millcreek Township Police Department

Chief Brian C. Hostetter has been serving Millcreek Township since March of 2000.  He has been trained as an Evidence Technician, in Basic Criminal Investigations, in Interviewing and Interrogations and a variety of other trainings.  He conducts the First Aid training for the members of the department.

Sergeant Terry L. Katzaman has been serving Millcreek Township since March 2006.  He has been training in Basic Criminal Investigation and in Interviewing and Interrogations.  He conducts the Firearms Training for the members of the department.

Millcreek Township, Lebanon County, PA. is a rural community located in South Central PA.  The Village of Newmanstown which is located within the Township is surrounded by farm land and mountain area.
